International Management Services Ltd is a long established company management firm based in the Cayman Islands. We have formed over 5,000 companies, in the Cayman Islands and elsewhere since 1974 and presently have over 2,000 under management.

We receive many international and domestic tax and estate planning enquiries from all over the world. However we do not offer tax or estate planning advice.

We are looking for reputable firms or professional individuals to whom we could refer these enquiries and potential new clients. We would expect our referrals to receive fair and impartial advice and if their circumstances do not warrant the use of offshore11 jurisdictions then we would want them advised accordingly. We particularly require consultancy services in the following countries from professionals with offshore11 or international tax planning experience:
