NUMBER RECOGNITION CHALLENGE


This exercise will not measure your intelligence, your fluency with words, nor
your mathematical ability.  It will, however, give you some gauge of your
mental flexibility and creativity.  Most people find it difficult to solve
more than half of these puzzles on their first try.  Many, however, report
getting answers long after the questions had been put aside - particularly at
unexpected moments when their minds were relaxed.



INSTRUCTIONS:     Each question below contains the initials of words that will
                  make it correct.  Find the missing words.  For example:
