Registration ends at 10 minutes before the first round in your section.  Entries accepted later but you may need to take a round one ½ point bye.  Every one plays 4 or 5 games.  No one is eliminated.  You will earn a rating at the tournament if you play 4 or more games. Super Star section: $20 of each entry returned in prizes 1st-40%, 2nd-30%, 3rd-20%, under 1200-10%.  Other sections: Trophies to the top 5 and top team in each section (top grade 3/below in Elementary) and those tied for fifth place not winning a trophy will win a medal. Teams are members of the same school or same club playing at one location.  Scorekeeping encouraged (20% time penalty for not keeping score if opponent does keep score). Rule 14H not used.

Bring board, pieces, pen or pencil, chess clock, and USCF membership card.  Up to 2 half point byes permissible any rounds. (last round byes must be requested in first half of event and are irrevocable).
