Kolb Mark III

Frank has had his pilot license since 1972, adding a seaplane rating in 1990. In 1991 he built his own float plane by adding Full Lotus floats to the standard Kolb Aircraft Mark III kit. He has since flown it more than 860 hours, mainly in the California/Sacramento Delta region.
