GENERAL
Under no circumstances is any personal or private information about our visitors kept, maintained, traded, sold or given to any other agency, website or business by us for any reason whatsoever. We do use the Nedstat Basic statistic reporting system on several of our web pages. Nedstat collects information for the purpose of knowing where visitors come from, the type of computer platform they are using, the type of plugins the visitor has installed in their computers, etc. We use the reports generated by Nedstat to create better web pages for our visitors. EMAIL
If a visitor writes to us via email, we retain that email address only for the purpose of and time necessary to respond to that email, or as needed to be able to inform them regarding their request for information. Under no circumstances are such email addresses traded, sold or given to any other agency, website or business by us for any reason whatsoever.

EXCEPTION
Should a governmental law enforcement agency or legal court document require that we provide information for a verified legal reason, we will fully comply with such agencies or court document to provide them with any and all information that they might legally require.

SPAM
Email received by us that falls in the category of unsolicited commercial/bulk email (UCE/UBE) or messages returned to us from invalid addresses that were sent by a third party under our name will be immediately sent to each and every applicable law enforcement, governmental and regulatory office or group that we can locate in an effort to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of the law.
