| Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS or
CPR)

NIEC offers one day BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life
Support/CPR) courses.
There are 3 different BCLS/CPR courses to pick
from. Be sure to select the correct one when
registering.

| CPR for HealthCare Providers |
This course is intended for
physicians, nurses, paramedics, EMTs and
lifeguards or any student of such. This
course does satisfy the requirements for nursing
school. |
| HeartSaver CPR |
This course is intended for other
medical workers and day-care workers. |
| CPR for General Public |
This is a non-certification
course. This course is intended to train the
public in basic CPR administration for family and
friends. It does not satisfy the
requirements for any health care related job or
school. |
