First, I would like to say how happy I am I brought the KooKooRoo website to Webcom. Hats off to such an easy and smooth transition! I really appreciate all the help I recieved from the tech dept for being there at a moments notice -- that really helped me out. And for putting up with my novice questions. Its is nice to deal with people who are humble enough to listen and coach, rather than be sacastic and curt (another company). Thank you so very much. Last but never least, to Anne (x1138) You are a dream. I cannot thank you enough. I felt so much better and agreed with my company to continue the webmaster position after finding and talking to you. You have really put my mind at ease. Looking forward to speaking with you soon, I am.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed a dramatic increase in server performance, but my hat is off to Webcom! I haven't seen the server perform tasks during peak hours with this type of Screaming performance in years.
