forwarding speed with a short text message and received the message in well
under one minute to the forwarded-to local ISP. Just as fast as IBM

server. I thought y'all wouldn't do anything because it was the weekend,
and this transfer could become a week-long ordeal, like it did when I

WebCom has been very supportive about issues and concerns, the technical
support staff is knowledgable and swift in processing solutions! The Server
is quick and reliable! I can't think of anything that I dis-like about
WebCom! I've checked other hosts in the past, some advertising low monthly
domain rates, but along with the lower costs comes less space, slower server
speed and more hassle...Not to mention the lack of support!
WebCom has done everything possible to make the Web-Experience a pleasant

The initial account setup was easy for me and to be up and running in seven
minutes (I wasn't quite prepared for it to happen that rapidly) is just short
of miraculous. Setting up Domain names under my account has also been
extremely simple. Your users guide is very straightforward and easy to
understand. You don't often find that quality of service in an on-line manual.
I had a couple of problems using the POP server but I was always in the know
due to your system messages concerning your upgrade and problems with it. I
have recommended your service to many others and will continue to due so.
Really appreciate your efforts and approach, and have highest confidence

I had heard about Webcom for a couple of years through a friend, but I
could have never imagined the level of service and quality of people at
Webcom.
I have been a customer for 3 months now and I am very impressed. Just
this last week, a radio station in our town, Anchorage, Alaska, was
hosting an on air contest when I volunteered to put up a web page for
them. They thought I was joking when I said I'd have it up in a day.

Things seem to be slow today, so I thought I'd waste some bandwidth to say
thank you to WebCom for how easy they make it to run a website. I've been
a customer for about 18 months and I have 6 accounts and about 20 domain
names scattered amongst them and I have never even had to speak to anyone
on the telephone.
Have you noticed that new accounts are activated in about an hour and
additional domains are online within 24-48 hours? To me, that's amazing.

I just had a very bad experience with another ISP which state they would do
everything you offer but a lower cost $17.95 per month and I setup with them
on last Weds. and they still did not have anything set up as of 10:00am today
so I canceled from them and your company set up everything so fast I could
not believe it. What a great job you are doing and look forward of doing a
lot more since our current local ISP is not providing us with the new
Technical support such as Front Page and the lastest CGI scripts, plus they
have just increased their charges by 20% We have a total of 5 domains on the
current ISP and if things work out like they have been we might switch some
over to your company.
Quick response to our needs is one of the most important things to have a
great business relationship and so far your company has shown that you care
about your customers. Keep up the great work.

It was refresing to talk with someone in Technical Support
who was genuine in their attitude and respect for the customer.
In our society it is becoming a rare moment when a customer

use for the fill-out forms that my website requires, I have put
