I thought I'd waste some bandwidth to say
thank you to WebCom for how easy they make it to run a website. I've been
a customer for about 18 months and I have 6 accounts and about 20 domain
names scattered amongst them and I have never even had to speak to anyone
on the telephone.
Have you noticed that new accounts are activated in about an hour and
additional domains are online within 24-48 hours? To me, that's amazing.

I had heard about WebCom for a couple of years through a friend, but I
could have never imagined the level of service and quality of people at
WebCom.
I have been a customer for three months now and I am very impressed.
Just this last week, a radio station in our town, Anchorage, Alaska, was
hosting an on-air contest when I volunteered to put up a web page for
them. They thought I was joking when I said I'd have it up in a day.

I just had a very bad experience with another ISP which states they would do
everything you offer but at a lower cost $17.95 per month and I setup with them
on last Wed. and they still did not have anything set up as of 10:00am today
so I canceled from them and your company set up everything so fast I could
not believe it. What a great job you are doing and look forward to doing a
lot more since our current local ISP is not providing us with the new
technical support such as Front Page and the lastest CGI scripts, plus they
have just increased their charges by 20%. We have a total of 5 domains on the
current ISP and if things work out like they have been we might switch some
over to your company.
Quick response to our needs is one of the most important things to have a
great business relationship and so far your company has shown that you care
about your customers. Keep up the great work.
