Obtaining past WebCommerce orders
The WebCommerce back office does not come with the ability to export your WebCommerce order information. To obtain a tab delimited text file containing your past order information, please contact WebCom Technical Support, and we will be happy to provide you with this file. This orders file can be imported into MicroSoft Excel, or another similar spreadsheet application.
The store files can be downloaded from your account using a simple FTP program, but please note that you will not be able to use these store files within another Verio e-commerce account. When migrating your account from a Legacy WebCom WebCommerce account to a Verio e-commerce account, it is necessary to recreate your store files.
