Accessing and Maintaining Your SiteSaver Account

You can do many different things with your SiteSaver account online through the WebCom Control Panel. These things include registering additional domain names, configuring email accounts, viewing your billing history, and upgrading your account to take advantage of WebCom's other services.

Logging In

To log in to the WebCom Control Panel, go to http://webcom.com/~webcom/services/login or click on "Control Panel Login" on the left of this page. You will be presented with a dialog box that requires your WebCom userid and password. Once you enter your userid and password and click on the Okay button, you will be presented with the WebCom Control Panel.

Using the Control Panel

From The WebCom Control Panel you can manage all aspects of your account. You will see a large table with many different options. Some of these options are not available unless you upgrade your SiteSaver account to a BudgetSite, BusinessSite, or WebCommerce service plan, and will not be available for your use. To use any of the options, simply click on the option you want to use. Most of our services have explanations and instructions, and are easy to use. If you find that you need help, all of our Control Panel pages have help links which go directly to a page on that topic.

Upgrading to Another Service Plan

If at any time you wish to take advantage of WebCom's full services, select the Change Service Plan option from the Control Panel, and your account will be upgraded right away!
