High Rock Shooting Asso. runs a shooting range in Naugatuck State Forest on weekends. Hours are Saturday, 9-5 and Sunday, Noon-5. Cost is $4/hr for first hour or portion and $1/quarter-hour afterwards. Directions Route 8 to Route 63 (exit 26). At the end of the exit ramp, if south-bound on Rt 8, turn right, if north-bound on Rt 8, turn left. Turn left at the second traffic light (Scott Street). Turn left at the top of the hill (Lewis Street). Follow the signs to HRSA.
