Location:
The Ecclesia Gnostica in Salt Lake City
has gone partly underground, so to speak, in that our temporary space
is in the basement of a residence, aka., a house chapel. The location is near 2600 South
and Redwood Road. Contact the Rev. Troy Pierce for directions and address.
Due to the nature of the
space, it will only be available at certain announced times. Please,
do not stop by at other times without an appointment.
Unfortunately, the stairs are narrow
and steep, and so we will not be wheelchair accessible until the
chapel building is completed. We apologize if it presents a barrier for you.

Evening Eucharist Service
Time:
We will aim to begin services at the
scheduled time, and people are welcome to arrive fifteen minutes before
services. Please, call ahead if running late.
Sunday Holy Gnostic Eucharist Services
begin at 11:30 AM, and so you are welcome beginning at 11:15 AM. The
Eucharist Service usually runs until just after 1 PM, and it is
recommended that you allow until 1:30 in your schedule. This includes
time for a homily that can run 18-22 minutes. There is generally a
time for conversation and refreshments after the service, and may
last until 3:30 PM.
Healing services last about 20-30
minutes, with Devotional Services to the Holy Sophia lasting
approximately 50 minutes, including a brief 15-18 minute homily.
Library:
The chapel space contains a
wing of the library of the Rev. Troy Pierce. Although not a lending library
in general, some volumes are available for lending, as are some audio
lectures. The other materials may be accessed during the period
before and after services, and possibly by appointment at other
times.
Currently in the project:
Touch ups, details, decorations, and a small area to be painted, but largely the chapel space is finished. The stairs to be partially rebuilt and
refinished, with a secondary hand rail to be installed. Next big project: clearing the area, and building a fence to create a separate entrance to the chapel.
This map is intended to show the general area where services are held. Please do not try to find us using this map, as you will be unable to. Contact Rev. Troy for information
