The WebCom Spell Checker has an extensive built in dictionary. However, there are many specialized terms which it will not recognize. These words will appear as possible mis-spellings in the output of the WebCom Spell Checker when encountered.

To prevent repeated listings of any specialized terms appearing in the content of your site, the WebCom Spell Checker gives you the ability to automatically add any of the words identified as possible mis-spellings to a personal dictionary (an alphabetical list of words contained in the file spell.dict in the "adm" directory of your home directory). These words will be excluded from the output of the WebCom Spell Checker.
