Unpaid Transactions 2. Patient Profiles 3. Daily Logs 4. Top 15 Lists 5. Financial Summaries 6. Drug Reports including reports on scheduled drugs and drug lists. 7. Customer Lists 8. Home Delivery Report In general, output is set to the Screen, Printer or Disk on the menu screen at the bottom by pressing the [HOME] key. If output is set to Screen and a report that is not available on the screen is requested the output will go to the printer. Unpaid Transactions will only output to the printer or the disk. The user inputs the beginning and ending dates and the report includes all unpaid billings to insurance companies inclusive of those dates. Patient Profiles will only output to the printer or the disk. The user identifies the patient and inputs the beginning and ending dates and the report includes all prescriptions for that patient inclusive of those dates. Daily log will only output to the printer or the disk. The user inputs the date for the log report includes all prescriptions filled on that date. Top 15 lists appear on the screen and if the output is set to printer or disk output also goes to that device. Financial Summaries can output to the screen, the printer or the disk. The user inputs the beginning and ending dates and the report includes a summary of all prescriptions filled inclusive of those dates as well as of money collected and money unpaid. Scheduled Drugs Reports will output to the screen, the printer or the disk but should be output to the disk for transfer to a floppy disk. This report requires the user to input beginning and ending dates for the report. List Rx by Doctor will list all prescriptions dispensed written by a doctor specified by the user between and inclusive of two dates specified. Output can be either to screen, printer or disk. Doctor analysis of scheduled drugs is a report comparing doctors as to number of prescriptions and number of units dispensed by schedule code of scheduled drugs between and inclusive of two dates specified. Output must be to printer or to disk. Drug List and Customer list are both very versatile reports that can be output to either screen, printer, or disk. They both allow the user to set various parameters for which records to include from the database, several methods by which these records can be sorted, and a number of fields from each included record to be reported in the output. These are very general purpose reports designed to be used for a number of purposes as envisioned by the user. Home Delivery Report will output to the screen, the printer or the disk all customers who had home deliveries along with the number of such deliveries. This report requires the user to input beginning and ending dates for the report.
