The East Coast Swing , created in America, is an upbeat and popular dance enjoyed by all ballroom dancers. East Coast Swing can be danced to both slow and medium tempos using a triple action (known as the triple Swing), it can also be danced to very fast tempos using a single action (known as single swing, Jitterbug, or Retro Swing). East Coast Swing is a great dance to develop rhythm, animation and the ability to lead and follow turns. Swing dancers exude energy, excitement and fun.
