Food Service - Tuesday, August 7 - Saturday, August 11:

5 days of Breakfast and Lunch, four mid-morning refreshment breaks: menus will vary from day to day and each meal and refreshment break will have vegetarian options.

Lodging - Arrival: Monday, August 6. Departure: Saturday, August 11 (5 nights):

Residence hall rooms in newly renovated MacDonough Hall have been reserved for your group.

Pillow, blanket and linens to include towel, washcloth, sheets and pillowcase will be provided. A large great room on the first floor as well as a slate patio and large lawn overlooking the Saranac River are available to our guests.

Cancellation:

Lodging and food service registration cancellation and subsequent refund must be requested in writing by participant at least 3 business days prior to the conference. No refunds for late cancellations or no shows.
