Geological: These stones are nearly clear light purple to dark purple with light (almost clear) burnt orange color. These stones are completely translucent. Ametrine is a stone that is made up of both citrine and amethyst. It therefore contains some of the properties of both.

Metaphysical: Ametrine reduces headaches, helps circulation and aids memory. It also enhances meditation, increases feelings of calmness and is very balancing.
