This 1908 machine was produced by "The Lightning Adding Machine Co." (Los Angeles, USA). The stylus was inserted in the dials and turned clock wise for addition. This particular model, though elegant in it's appearance, lacks the zeroing mechanism and the ability to subtract which were common features in this type of machine.
